About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician & Setter who will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This position blends technical skill with problem-solving agility, helping to minimize downtime and keep our production goals on track.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Configure machines according to production requirements and specifications
- Quickly troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to keep production moving
- Load machine components and monitor product quality during operation
- Partner with operators and supervisors to maintain steady workflow
- Record maintenance activities and repairs using basic computer programs
- Take part in major equipment repairs, upgrades, and installation projects
- Promote and follow safety procedures while suggesting improvements to prevent future issues
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Technical schooling or certifications in mechanical or electrical trades preferred
- 2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with physical work: standing for long periods, lifting up to 66 lbs, and maneuvering around machinery
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
Shift Details
- This is a 2nd shift position — hours typically run from late afternoon into the evening. Flexibility may be required to meet production schedules.
