We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee our financial records and ensure accurate, compliant accounting processes. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our organization and involves collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Run payroll and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and cash flow statements.
- Support budgeting processes by providing financial data and insights.
- Resolve discrepancies through timely account reconciliation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and data entry.
- Generate detailed financial reports that clearly communicate the organization’s financial position.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in balance sheet and account reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear financial reporting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software preferred.
- Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
