Are you a sales-driven professional who thrives on closing deals, motivating teams, and helping people transform their lives through fitness? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to sell high-ticket personal training packages, drive results, and lead from the front inside a fast-paced, high-energy training facility.
This role isn’t just about memberships — it’s about consultative, high-impact sales that change lives. You’ll own the full sales funnel, from generating leads and booking appointments to overcoming objections and closing high-ticket personal training packages.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue & Close High-Ticket Sales

Sell personal training packages and memberships, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.

Run consultative sales appointments focused on needs analysis and emotional connection, achieving at a minimum 50% close rate.

Own the entire sales funnel — lead generation, appointment setting, follow-up, and closing.

Implement scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategies that maximize conversion.
Lead, Train & Motivate

Train and mentor trainers and front desk staff on sales psychology, presentation, and follow-up techniques.

Lead from the front — set the standard for professionalism, energy, and accountability.

Host daily or weekly huddles to review metrics, motivate the team, and reinforce closing strategies.
Marketing & Lead Generation

Partner with ownership to build and execute local lead generation campaigns.

Manage outreach to schools, youth programs, and local businesses to grow brand awareness.

Use social media, referral programs, and community events to fill your pipeline.
Business Reporting & Performance

Track, analyze, and report KPIs: leads, appointments, closes, and average package size.

Collaborate with ownership on pricing, promotions, and sales strategy.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure every lead is nurtured and followed up with.
Who You Are

3 years of fitness sales experience with a proven record of selling high-ticket personal training packages.

Background in fitness — understands the mindset, motivation, and value of coaching.

Confident, driven, and resilient — loves the chase and the close.

Experienced in using gym management or CRM software (MindBody, ClubReady, ZenPlanner, etc.).
