The Regional Training Camp Business Coach is a senior-level business consultant responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and turnaround performance across underperforming D1 Training facilities within an assigned region.
This role partners directly with franchise owners and facility leaders to diagnose gaps, implement proven sales and operational strategies, and elevate business performance to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Consult directly with franchise owners, General Managers, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth and profitability

Lead turnaround initiatives for underperforming facilities, including sales process optimization, staff accountability, and KPI execution

Coach leaders on high-ticket fitness sales, membership conversion, lead nurture, and close rates

Analyze P&L statements, scorecards, and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities

Implement scalable systems for sales execution, staffing structure, retention, and operational discipline

Hold owners and managers accountable to action plans, milestones, and performance benchmarks

Travel within assigned region to support facilities through on-site and virtual coaching

Act as a strategic extension of D1 Headquarters, reinforcing brand standards and business best practices
Required Qualifications

5 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry

Proven success selling high-ticket fitness memberships or personal training

Demonstrated experience turning around underperforming or distressed facilities

Multi-unit leadership experience overseeing multiple locations or territories

Strong business acumen including P&L ownership and KPI management

Executive-level communication skills with owners and senior leaders

Ability to coach, influence, and drive accountability without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications

Former General Manager, Regional Manager, or Traveling GM experience

Franchise consulting or corporate fitness leadership background

Experience supporting pre-sales, grand openings, or post-opening stabilization

EOS, scorecard-driven, or data-led operational experience
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Quarterly performance bonuses
