Our client, a worldwide innovator in embedded wireless modules and connectivity solutions, is seeking an Technical Product Marketing Management and Marketing Engineer to support the introduction and market success of next-generation products. In this visible and collaborative role, you’ll help shape product messaging and positioning, coordinate cross-functional launches, and produce impactful marketing and sales materials that clearly communicate product value to customers and partners.
You will work closely with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive effective new product introductions (NPIs) and ensure smooth go-to-market (GTM) execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance product visibility and help customers understand how these technologies meet their connectivity goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and execute successful product launches while supporting new product introductions through distributor networks.
- Maintain and update sales collateral including pricing sheets, product decks, and supporting documents.
- Develop persuasive product positioning, messaging, and content that enable customers and partners to understand and adopt the solutions.
- Contribute to market-expansion strategies aimed at new industries and applications.
- Assist in product demos and create technical training assets to empower the sales organization.
- Provide sales teams with the tools and information required to improve performance and achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to plan GTM strategies, internal communications, and rollout of new product enhancements.
- Partner with Marketing on campaign initiatives, SEO, lead-generation activities, and performance tracking.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing programs.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. or higher – engineering or technical preferred but not mandatory
- 2 years of hands-on experience in technical product marketing and/or technical product development.
- Solid understanding of technical/electronics design principles and deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with sales performance analytics and related metrics.
- Proven ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
- Must be able to commute daily to the company’s headquarters in Santa Ana, CA (near John Wayne Airport).
