GyanSys is looking for a MES developer for its direct client in Indianapolis, IN.
The Software Engineer on the Digital Manufacturing Team is responsible for contributing to the tools, processes, and knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of digital product development teams. This position will approach all aspects of software delivery by identifying, designing, and delivering innovative solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborative design and maintenance of standards for development, solution and software architecture
- Advocate for the implementation and utilization of best practices across the group.
- Advise product teams on solution and data architectures with a mindset balancing delivery of business objectives with the non-functional requirements of the overall architecture.
- Identify technical and security risk in projects and products and develop strategies to alleviate it
What You Need to Succeed:
- Current experience with a modern general-purpose object-oriented language such as C# or Java and/or experience in a modern JavaScript framework such as Angular or React
- A passion for technology and willingness to explore and adopt new technologies for practical business purposes
- Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and choose appropriate alternatives
- Experience designing applications that collectively integrate custom software, cloud architecture.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or information technology related discipline.
- 4 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and integration of Enterprise applications
