Key Responsibilities
- Mass & Finish Grading: Perform large-scale and finish grading to prepare sites for construction and development.
- Site Drainage Maintenance: Maintain proper site drainage to ensure smooth operations and compliance with environmental standards.
- Material Placement Coordination: Coordinate with the team to control lifts and efficiently place materials across the job site.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints and construction plans to guide grading and material placement processes.
- Safety & Maintenance Checks: Conduct regular safety and maintenance walkarounds to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Machine Control: Operate heavy equipment with GPS machine control (training will be provided if necessary).
- Experience: 3-5 years of dozer operating experience preferred; however, we are willing to train qualified candidates.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient project completion.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a focus on quality and safety.
