What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, internet leads)
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Help drive dealership traffic and sales growth
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
- Driven, goal-oriented, and coachable
