Student will assist with budgeting for REIA and travel reimbursements for professor of Anthropology (independently with approval), plus general admin tasks (answering phones, directing visitors, making copies and print outs, mail delivery to second office, etc.) On event days, special support will be requested.
Standard Position Description
Students will perform tasks to support financing and/or budgeting operations of an office, department, or program. Tasks may include: assisting with accounting, purchasing, travel and expense reimbursements, budgeting and financial record keeping and reconciliation, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Special projects or duties may be assigned related to specific office needs.
