What You'll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team while learning every aspect of the wholesale sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process wholesale orders from entry through delivery.
- Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, sales orders, and customer requests.
- Build relationships with wholesale customers through phone, email, and text communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
- Update product availability, pricing, and freight information.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and communicate product availability.
- Prepare customer documentation, catalogs, and sales materials.
- Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts.
- Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
- Complete daily cash drawer balancing and checkout reports when needed.
- Maintain internal documentation and electronic records.
- Monitor open sales orders and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Gather and maintain product information including specifications, images, shipping details, and warranty information.
- Support sales events and additional projects as assigned.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Three years of sales or customer service experience
- OR an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
