Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 25 years of administrative or office support experience.

- Assist clerical and support staff with assigned duties, especially when more advanced or sensitive work is required.
- Manage telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Maintain records, documentation, and files, including complex or sensitive materials.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- Perform general clerical duties, including preparing documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Generate and distribute important and confidential documents (memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence).
- Maintain organized records both physically and electronically.
- Plan and coordinate various project implementations.
- Maintain clear and concise work papers with attention to accuracy.
- Assist with creating and receiving purchase orders (POs).
- Assist with updating, closing, scanning, and invoicing sales orders and related documents.
- Assist with scheduling and updating deliveries.
- Scan documents into ScanTrack and maintain records.
- Answer incoming office calls as needed.
- Take customer orders when necessary.
- Assist with maintaining cash drawer reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
