We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse or production facility. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Operate forklifts, including cherry pickers and order pickers, to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Perform materials handling tasks, including stacking, organizing, and storing products in designated areas.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and heavy equipment with a strong emphasis on safety practices.
- Experience with materials handling techniques, including heavy lifting and load management.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to effectively use RF scanners for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
