Gardner-Watson Decking, Inc is hiring a Field Installer to place and secure sheet metal decking on steel structures and perform shear stud installation. If you like working at height, moving from project to project, and getting results you can see, this is for you.

What you will tackle
- Lay out, align, and attach metal deck to steel framing
- Install or weld sheet metal decking and place shear studs
- Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely
- Keep tools and equipment maintained
- Record time and attendance accurately every day
- Follow OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
- Pitch in with additional duties as assigned
Your fit
- Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable outdoors in all weather
- Willing and able to travel nationwide 100 percent
- Capable of lifting at least 75 lbs and working above 40 feet
- Hands-on experience with trade tools listed above
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Bilingual English Spanish is a plus

- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
Work rhythm
- Full-time, hourly, daytime-only shifts
- Travel to the next city or state when a project wraps
- Hours flex based on site and season
