Core Responsibilities
Automation, Systems & Process Improvement (Top Priority)
- Build, maintain, and improve Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
- Manage and optimize SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Create automated approval processes, notifications, reporting systems, and document workflows.
- Implement AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Forms, Lists, Planner, and Power Platform solutions.
- Document and improve business processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Ensure company data, files, and systems remain organized, accessible, and scalable.
- Own company folder organization and document management.
- Maintain SharePoint and shared drive structures.
- Ensure all files, projects, marketing materials, and property documents are properly labeled and up to date.
- Establish organization standards and hold systems accountable to those standards.
- Create property presentations, offering memorandums, flyers, brochures, and investor materials.
- Conduct market and property research.
- Maintain property databases and project information.
- Support acquisitions, leasing, development, and asset management initiatives.
- Assist with financial analysis and project reporting.
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic projects.
- Assist with special initiatives as the business grows.
- Help implement new systems, ideas, and technologies.
- Be a trusted resource for getting things done quickly and accurately.
Required
- Strong experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong technology aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Planner, Forms, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with AI tools and process automation.
- Real estate, finance, business, or operations experience.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience creating professional marketing materials.
- Direct daily access to the Founder and leadership team.
- Exposure to commercial real estate investing, development, leasing, and operations.
- Significant responsibility early in your career.
