Position Overview:
We are looking for dependable Laborers and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing field team. Whether you’re experienced behind the controls or motivated to learn and build a career in the field, we want individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to perform.
Operators should have experience running equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and skid steers. Laborers should be eager to learn, support the crew, and grow into more advanced roles over time.
In this role, you’ll be part of a team responsible for site preparation and earthwork on commercial and residential projects, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and getting the job done right.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, trenching, and material movement.
- Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Work alongside other crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Support other field tasks related to hauling, clearing, and erosion control as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a civil or site development environment.
- Strong knowledge of excavation, drainage, and grading procedures.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass both drug & background screen.
