GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Publication Manager in Washington, DC.
Position Description:
- Responsible for the overall management of complex, high-visibility projects, a portfolio of tasks, and projects in a busy research communications and publishing office.
- This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and direct coordination with Government Contracting Officers (COs), Technical Representatives (CORs), Task Managers, and Researchers.
- The manager ensures all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget while managing risk and performance metrics; and ensures that staff are updating the submission and project tracking system to enable customers to see the status of their projects.
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Bachelors Degree with relevant experience in Business, Marketing/Communications, or a related technical discipline.
- 10 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams, managing marketing and communications; and supervising the publication of technical information from concept to final product from one-page flyers to 300 technical reports; presentations; videos; online tours; social media; and other communications collateral.
- Transportation experience, especially in highway and surface transportation is preferred..

- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check
Position is located in Washington, D.C.
The salary range for this position is $115,000 -$130,000
