Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed design drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting project data, collaborating with engineering teams, maintaining CAD systems, and addressing technical issues or requirements. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair to support and configure CAD systems effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve design and system issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Operating Systems to ensure seamless integration with CAD software and systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in interpreting and producing technical drawings.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
- Prior experience with CAD software applications and technical design processes is recommended.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Introduction and Proficiency in REVIT is preferred
Pay: $30.00 - $43.00 per hour
