JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for set-up and lay-out of various precision panels and enclosures. Ability to mount parts on panel and wire with specified tolerances using Engineered drawing symbols, to obtain cosmetic quality on all electrical aspects. Must be able to work under moderate supervision of lead electrical assembler.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify components and document on UL sheet.
- Mount components on to sub panel per drawing.
- Wire components per drawings symbols.
- Identify wire gauge and color based on drawing voltage.
- Complete wiring process in a timely fashion.
- Maintain high quality standard while meeting scheduled build times.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferable apprenticeship or vocational school program
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skill
MINIMUM TOOLS REQUIRED (must be supplied by new hire)
1. Wire Cutters/Strippers
2. Screw Drivers – Blade/Phillips
3. Nut Drivers SAE
4. Pliers, Needle Nose and Lineman's – Channel Locks
5. Socket Set/Wrenches - SAE
6. Multi meter
