Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a motivated team.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems such as Cake and Toast for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations including food production, catering services, banquet events, and bar services if applicable.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control measures, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Supervise shift management activities to ensure operational consistency across all shifts.

Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
- ServeSafe certified in food manager and handler.
- Extensive knowledge of food service management including kitchen management, food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Cake and Toast; cash handling expertise required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
