What You Will Do:

Lead daily kitchen operations with energy, excellence, and consistency

Oversee food preparation to ensure quality, safety, and speed

Monitor food/labor costs and minimize waste

Manage kitchen staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluations
-
Maintain compliance with company policies and health standards

Foster a clean, fun, and safe working environment

Conduct Taste & Temp checks and manage inventory processes

Support team development and ensure everyone is set up to succeed

What We are Looking For:

3-5 years of kitchen management experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant with a bar
-
Solid computer skills (Excel, POS systems, etc.)

Strong leadership with an infectious, positive attitude
-
Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest experience
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Must pass a background check
