The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. The role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing business relationships with potential customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating followup communication to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage lead data for new prospective clients in CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
- Respond to telephone and electronic communications.
- Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 13 years’ experience in customer service role.
- Minimum of 13 years Inside Sales experience required
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess problem solving approach to daily duties.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- A proven track record of strong client relationships
- Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Power Point), and computer hardware.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong B2B experience to include good listening skills
