- Book hotels and travel for crews
- Process invoices (hourly billing)
- Track job paperwork and ensure all required documentation is complete (POs, job folders, etc.)
- Maintain records (certifications, job files, etc.)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage paperwork and follow processes from start to finish
- Comfortable handling a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Prior office/administrative experience in construction, trucking (or a related industry) is a plus, but not required. Medical or government billing experience is not relevant to this role
