We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including bussing tables and supporting cooks during peak hours.
- Ensure that all food handling guidelines are followed to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly.
