Reports to: Restaurant Chef

Our dishwashing team is the hardworking backbone of kitchen and service operations, responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and washing all dining utensils throughout the outlets.

Is this the job for me:

• Must be at least 18 years to apply.
• Experience is not necessary however applicants should possess the willingness to want to learn and grow in addition be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be flexible to work hours determined by business levels and needs of the Food & Beverage outlets. This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to load/unload dish racks and clean work areas.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (e.g., dish racks, cleaning supplies, or garbage).
• Ability to work in hot, humid, and sometimes noisy environments.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and follow proper sanitation standards.
• Tolerance for repetitive tasks such as scrubbing, rinsing, or polishing dishes and kitchenware.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
