We are a fast-growing, veteran-owned roofing and gutter company serving residential and commercial clients throughout California. Our mission is to provide exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and a strong customer experience on every project.
As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead day-to-day operations, improve systems and processes, manage field teams, and support long-term company growth.
The COO will work directly with ownership to oversee daily operations, project execution, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards while helping build the systems needed to scale the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and real-world construction management experience.
- Oversee daily operations and project execution
- Manage field crews, subcontractors, and operational staff
- Improve systems, workflows, and company processes
- Track project schedules, budgets, and job profitability
- Ensure quality control across all projects
- Assist with hiring, training, and team development
- Monitor performance and operational KPIs

- 5 years of construction management or operations leadership experience
- Strong background in roofing, gutters, or exterior construction preferred
- Experience managing crews and multiple active projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build and improve operational systems
- Understanding of job costing and project workflows
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Roofing or general contracting background
- Experience managing construction teams or field operations
- Experience scaling a service-based business
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project oversight
