Role Overview:
As a Shift Leader at Guthrie’s, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and service our customers love. You'll supervise a team during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, managing team performance, and solving any issues that arise. This position offers a great opportunity to build leadership skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle money and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain employee accountability by overseeing staff and delegating tasks.
- Address customer complaints and issues if the General Manager (GM) is not present.
- Ensure food products meet our high standards before being served to customers.
- Perform daily inventory counts and track sales reports.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed during your shift, including opening/closing procedures.
- Support the team in achieving goals for service and quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience or supervisory skills required.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
