A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, has received numerous national awards for the high-quality care it provides to patients. The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program. - 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms

- 40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
- Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
- Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
- The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday
- 4-6 Weeks of vacation time
- 5 Personal days per year

- Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $615K
- $485K base compensation
- $100K starting and retention bonuses
- $15K annual bonuses
- Weekend time paid in addition
