Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining customer and dealer relationships, and executing national sales programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow a book of business by developing and maintaining customer and dealer relationships within an assigned territory and account list.
  • Present and execute national sales programs and initiatives, including co-op, rebates, returns, strategic business plans, and corporate promotions.
  • Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage in a high-paced environment.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with warehouse, counter sales, and inside sales teams.
  • Learn and understand the entire business, including warehouse, counter, quoting, and inside sales roles.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience.

  • Must be skilled in verbal and written communication and have sufficient education to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Required to accept and follow all safety rules and policies, including the use of mandated safety protective equipment.
