Maintenance Coordinator
Pay: $20.00 to $24.75 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; overtime and weekends as required.

Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is a key contributor to keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role supports the maintenance team through proactive collaboration, accurate records, and effective inventory management, ensuring technicians have what they need to do their jobs safely and well. With a strong focus on safety and quality, the Maintenance Coordinator helps maintain an organized storeroom, strong communication, and Service With Knowledge® that directly impacts equipment uptime and production success.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinates and supports daily maintenance activities by staging parts, updating work orders, and maintaining accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Reviews completed maintenance documentation for accuracy.
• Provides administrative support for preventive maintenance activities, scheduling coordination, and facility downtime.
• Maintains accurate inventory records, pulls and stages parts, supports cycle counts, and keeps the maintenance storeroom organized and clean.
• Processes parts orders with approved vendors, tracks deliveries, maintains purchasing records, and manages returns or repaired items.
• Supports coordination with outside contractors and service vendors, including scheduling, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Assists with maintenance planning, budgeting support, and identification of cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provides general support for equipment installation, troubleshooting, improvement activities, and other assigned maintenance projects.
Qualifications
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of maintenance, manufacturing, or related support experience required.
• Mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation experience preferred.
Work Environment
• Work takes place in office, warehouse, production, and occasional laboratory environments.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels, dust, fumes, chemicals, moving machinery, and temperature variations.
• Requires regular movement throughout the facility, standing, walking, sitting for data entry, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
• Must comply with all company safety requirements, wear required PPE and follow OSHA and facility safety standards.
