? Deep understanding of Agile concepts and ceremonies, SCRUM, Kanban and SAFe.
? Collaboration with Product Owners to define the MVP and prioritize the backlog. Focus on delivering through iterative releases.
? Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and backlog refinement, user story mapping and workshops.
? Translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
? Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog in alignment with business goals.
? Acts as a bridge between the development, QA, design and business teams.
? Lead discussions, gather feedback and make sure of common shared understanding.
? Skilled at documentation and visualization of process into workflows and wireframes
? Developing test plans, test strategies and test cases.
• Any certification is required? SAFe Agile and CBAP are a plus
• Financial domain experience is required or not? No
ITSCD- Digital Engagement, any exposure to AEM is a nice to have
