Quality Control Inspector Production

Position Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on QC Inspector to oversee Quality

activities on the production floor, ensuring real-time compliance with FDA regulations

(21 CFR Parts 111, 210, and 211), cosmetic GMPs, and internal SOPs. The ideal

candidate brings strong experience in-process QC, documentation control and line

clearances within the manufacturing of cosmetics, OTC drugs, dietary supplements,

and potentially medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• To issue the FG master, Fill & Assembly Spec and production forms to the production lead.
• To conduct line clearance for packaging and compounding.
• To inspect the product during production to make sure the product meets the specifications and documentation is complete.
• Complete batch records in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and compliance
• To review and approve First article.
• To conduct the AQL on the finished product pallet.
• To collect the Micro, Retain and Assay samples and give it to QC lab.
• To review the GMP compliance in production, compounding and warehouse area.
• To conduct the daily verification of scales.
• Assisting QC leads in preparing and updating the FG Master.
• Monitor the DI water system and test the quality of water.
• Report any unusual quality incident to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
• To identify & control the nonconforming product and complete the non-conformance report.
• Assist in root cause investigations and CAPAs implementation for production-related non-conformances.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse & QA teams to resolve real-time quality issues
• Other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive experience in Quality Control and/or Assurance within OTC Drug and Dietary Supplement manufacturing
• Experience with cGMP, line clearance, in-process QC, AQL sampling plan and batch record completion.
• Ability to lead by example and drive quality culture on the production floor
• Speak and write English
• Basic mathematics skills
• Basic computer skills
• Responsibilities may be shifted based on the department and company’s demand
• Flexibility in work schedule

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
