GURSTEL LAW FIRM, P.C. – Client Assessment Assistant 

JOB SUMMARY as a Client Assessment Assistant you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Responsible retrieving and appending media documents from firm System of Record to external client systems.
• Review and analyze scanning errors.
• Data entry and documentation of system of record as needed.
• Reviews client SOPs to maintain accuracy and comply with client standards.
• Conduct weekly and monthly assessments of key elements as outlined in the Client Directive and Audit Program.
• Work with vendors and firm employees for timely completion of assessment deliverables. 
• Conduct ad hoc assessments of key firm processes where applicable.
• Demonstrates the Firm’s Core Values of Do Right, Achieve Results and Maintain Integrity.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment is required.
• Self-Starter and motivated. 
• Must be a quick learner with good problem-solving skills.
• A dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service is a must.
• Must be a mature individual who is able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, lift, or carry up to 10 pounds

TRAVEL – This position requires up to 0-5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
