What You’ll Do:
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
- Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
- Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
- Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
