Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee and manage reconstruction projects in Boise, ID. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for coordinating each phase of disaster restoration, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, inspecting, and team management. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, with a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, while maintaining transparent communication with clients, vendors, and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing reconstruction or insurance restoration projects, including residential and/or commercial rebuilds resulting from fire, water, storm, or other property damage losses
- Experience coordinating and communicating with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners throughout the reconstruction process
- An understanding of insurance restoration workflows, including scope development, supplements, change orders, and project documentation
- Experience with reading Xactimate scopes prefered
- Have current existing relationships with sub-contractors in the area
- Demonstrated ability to manage reconstruction projects from initial scope and planning through final completion, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
- Knowledge of reconstruction methods and industry standards related to residential and commercial restoration work
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining project timelines and customer satisfaction
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-stress or disaster-related situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
