- Upload and organize large volumes of photo content from external drives to the Gunwerks NAS system, maintaining a logical and searchable folder structure.
- Review historical footage and cut simple clips (e.g. kill shots, highlight moments) for use in social media, marketing and content projects.
- Assist in maintaining metadata, tagging, and file naming standards to improve searchability and long-term media management,.
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure media files are intact, properly formatted, and ready for use.
- Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring every file is named, tagged, and stored correctly.
- Systematic Thinking: Building repeatable processes for managing incoming and historical content.
- Time Management: Prioritizing multiple drives, shoots, and upload tasks efficiently.
