Duties and responsibilities include :
- Develop and maintain configuration management processes for IT security systems.
- Implement and enforce change management policies.
- Manage configuration items (CIs) in ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Support technical change control board (TCCB) activities.
- Ensure CMDB integrity and alignment with cybersecurity frameworks.
- Utilize automated discovery tools to enhance asset management accuracy.
- Implement ITIL best practices for service management and process improvement.

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
