Job Requirements
- Draft and negotiate licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements.
- Provide general intellectual property, privacy, and business/product counseling directly to clients.
- Work on and manage transactions in all stages of our clients’ businesses, from formation to financings to both buy and sell-side acquisitions and beyond.
Job Requirements
- JD 2023-2024
- Eagerness to work with startup and venture capital clients
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following: commercial contracts drafting, negotiation and/or venture financing or M&A transactions, and/or candidates with experience in IP litigation and/or patent prosecution are preferred
- Admission to or eligible to waive into the State Bar of Massachusetts
- Superior academic credentials from a top law school and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- A technical degree is not required, but enthusiasm for and a willingness to learn about emerging technology is a must
- Previous large law firm experience preferred
- $235,000 – $260,000
