What You Will Work
- This position is full-time (40 hours/week) working primarily day shifts Monday – Friday
- Location: Onalaska, WI – Onsite
- The Adolescent PHP Social Worker functions as an essential part of the treatment team; coordinating patient care, providing or assisting with crisis intervention, meeting with patients, facilitating/co-facilitating groups, and assisting with programming needs.
- This individual will have strong communication skills, be task driven, enjoy working with adolescents and have an appreciation for a team approach.
- Act as a consultant and leader in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.
- Starting wage of $25.40/hour more for relatable experience!

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or in a related field
- WI Social Worker license
- 1 year of experience in human services or health care
