Services (CCS) Social Worker Children: needs assessment, crisis
intervention, case planning, advocacy and development of community
resources; to provide services to both children and adults with varying
disabilities, functioning levels, substance use and mental health needs
utilizing a wrap-around/multi-disciplinary team approach. Adult
