The WEO Social Worker cover all inpatient medical surgical units (IPR, ICU, Gen Med, Ortho, Neuro, Med Spec, all maternal child units, Cardio/Pulm, Heritage Unit, Surgical Digestive and Medical oncology).

What You Will Work
- .9 FTE = 72 Hours every 2 weeks
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6pm
- 12 hours shifts
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Discharge planning
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Document

- Bachelors degree in Social Work or in a related field
- WI Social Worker license
- 1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
