What's Available
- Hours: 40 hours/week (1.0 FTE)
- Starting wage of $18.63 more with experience
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8-hour day shifts, no weekends or major holidays!
- Typical hours are between 6:30 am-3:00 pm
- Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health
- Location: La Crosse, WI - Fully on-site
- Provide advanced clerical and administrative support using various computer systems and applications.
- Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
- Coordinate projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist with provider scheduling.
- Maintain supplies in the office
- Assist with management of grants.
- Integral part of onboarding new employees by entering RFS and helping scheduling orientation dates.
- Assist in meeting management including setting up for and taking meeting minutes.

- High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
- Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
