- Primarily weekend shifts, days, PM's, nights and weekends required
- Casual/on-call
- Provide support to patients through counseling sessions and strategies
- Participate in 1:1 counseling sessions as well as in group settings
- Work closely with clinical supervisor regarding patients any concerns
- Assist with transfer and discharge processes
- Transport patients to and from program activities
- Document necessary information into computer systems
- Associate's degree in a related field or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- BLS for healthcare workers
- 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license
