Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a RN, Care Coordinator for our Hospice department. In this role, you will work 12-hour day shifts every Friday, Saturday- work 72 hours and get paid for 96!

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a RN, Care Coordinator for our Hospice department. In this role, you will work 12-hour day shifts every Friday, Saturday- work 72 hours and get paid for 96!
What You Will Do
- 0.9 FTE=72 hours/every two weeks
- 12-hour day shifts, 7am-7pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Weekend package pay incentive (Employees will receive a Weekend Only premium equal to .3333 times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts; which is equivalent to 96 hours of pay for 72 hours worked.)
- Provide compassionate care to families and patients thru end-of-life transitions within a 50-mile radius of La Crosse, WI
- Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota within 3 months of hire
