- 54 hours per pay period (27 hours weekly)
- Rotating mix of day shifts (4:15 AM–1:45 PM) and evening shifts (1:30 PM–11:00 PM)
- Every 3rd weekend and 3 holidays per holidays required
- Remote work available after on-site training.
- Location: Onalaska for on-site training
- Coordinates daily staffing operations to ensure optimal coverage based on skill mix, priority, and availability; collaborates closely with hospital leadership to meet immediate patient care needs.
- Provides administrative support including timekeeping, schedule adjustments, data entry, and policy compliance, while maintaining excellent customer service and responsiveness.
- Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing plans, manage employee requests (ill calls, shift pick-ups, swaps), and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental guidelines. Answering phone calls and responding to staffing needs within the hospital efficiently while staying organized
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 2 years of experience in an office setting or customer service position
- Problem solving, independent working, and strong communication skills
- Healthcare experience and strong computer skills preferred!
