Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-driven OR Supply Specialist to join our growing team at our Winona Campus. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that plays a critical part in ensuring our surgical and procedural teams have the supplies, instrumentation, and equipment they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
As we welcome new providers and expand our surgical space, we’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively, and working closely with a dedicated OR and Sterile Processing team to make things run smoothly—even when space and resources are evolving.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role that plays a critical part in ensuring our surgical and procedural teams have the supplies, instrumentation, and equipment they need to deliver exceptional patient care.
As we welcome new providers and expand our surgical space, we’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively, and working closely with a dedicated OR and Sterile Processing team to make things run smoothly—even when space and resources are evolving.
What You'll Do
- Oversee surgical and procedural supply operations, including ordering, tracking, maintaining, and planning inventory and instrumentation; review OR schedules, coordinate with vendors, manage service contracts, and provide coverage for supply ordering as needed.
- Work hands-on and collaboratively across teams, partnering closely with the OR, Sterile Processing (SPD), Clinical Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Biomed, and vendors, while assisting on the floor and supporting SPD operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- 1.0 FTE, 40-hours a week
- Location: Winona
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00a-3:00p
- Competitive starting pay at $22.40/hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience Sterile Processing or Surgical Technology
