We are seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Facility Operations department. What’s Available
- 0.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Department: Facility Operations
- Location: On‑site, La Crosse
- Starting pay of $16.86/hour more with experience!

- Provide LOVE MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families
- Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success
- Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!
- A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
- Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
