What You Will Do
- Work 40 hours/week Monday – Friday, second shift including every third weekend and holiday rotation
- Shift time: 1:30- 10:00pm
- Perform overall maintenance, service and repair work on clinic plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration facilities and equipment; assume independent responsibility for the overall maintenance of assigned clinic facilities during off hours, weekends, and holidays when "taking call".
- Conduct periodic inspections of designated buildings and equipment; when necessary, repair and perform preventive maintenance on general building facilities and electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and equipment.
- Demonstrate dependability, problem solving, team building skills, and organizational skills.
- Work with a team of talented patient care professionals to provide service with empathy .

- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 3-4 years of building maintenance and repair experience
- Valid drivers license required
