Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Part time, 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
• School-based Occupational Therapist role
• Base pay: $35.68 - $53.36 per hour and up, based on years of experience

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in Hillsboro as a School Based Occupational Therapist, where you will provide essential therapy services to support student health and development. This role offers a balanced part-time schedule within a collaborative and mission-driven health system. • Provide occupational therapy services to students in school settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student development and wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to professional and departmental policies and procedures
• Engage personally with students to ensure compassionate care

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• Current Wisconsin State Occupational Therapist license
