Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Full time, 0.9 FTE (36 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Pay $35.68 - $53.36 per hour based on years experience
• Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions and education in school and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Conduct evaluations and provide individualized occupational therapy interventions based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families using task analysis tailored to learning needs
• Complete documentation in accordance with department standards to support effective care and reimbursement
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate the value of occupational therapy services
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental initiatives
• Pursue continuing education to maintain and enhance professional knowledge
• Ensure patient safety and engage personally with patients

• Occupational Therapist license with the State of Wisconsin (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members
