Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Invasive Cardiac Technologist to join our team! If you enjoy supporting a fast‑paced Cath Lab environment, providing leadership, and helping drive high‑quality patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s Available
- Location: La Crosse
- Hours: Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Shifts: Between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Starting Pay: $36.18/hour more with experience
- Department: Cath Lab and EP
- Oversee daily workflow and patient flow in the Cath Lab, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Serve as a resource and first point of problem‑solving for staff, collaborating with leadership to support departmental needs.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing education for new and existing Invasive Cardiac Technologists.
- Support quality improvement, equipment oversight, scheduling coordination, and the development of protocols.
- Deliver high‑quality patient care while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Coordinating assignments and schedules for staff

- Completion of a post‑high‑school health science program in cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, exercise physiology, or a similar field
- 3–4 years of Cath Lab experience
- License appropriate to your education and experience
- Current Infant–Adult BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
- ACLS within 3 months of hire
- Preferred: Prior leadership experience and credentials such as ARRT, CST, RCIS, or RCES
